Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your item. If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you are fully entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from the despatch of goods. In the first instance, please email us at info@maisongdl.com to inform us that you will be returning the product.  We do ask that the returned products must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

However please note the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.   

If the goods you receive are damaged or broken, we would ask that you photograph the damaged product and send to us via email at info@maisongdl.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.  

Please email us at info@maisongdl.com with return item details prior to posting the item and we will provide you with a return address.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or defective please inform us immediately after delivery. We may ask you to return the goods to us at your cost. These terms will apply to any repaired or replacement goods we supply to you. After verifying that the goods are damaged or defective, we will take one of the following actions:

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
• replace the goods

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
